Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc. the refund is processed.
We accept the return if the product was delivered in a physically damaged condition (or) the received product is different from what was ordered
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need replacement for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:
- The specific product is out of Stock
- The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline
- On customers’ request before shipment of the product
- The shipping address is not serviceable
- Any other reason beyond the control of iorgo.in management
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the Courier tracking number. You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking on the link sent to you in mail.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the size and weight of products and your location. Before the final checkout page, the cost of shipping will be displayed as well.
Estimated delivery time will vary based on your location. It is possible that our courier partners may have a holiday between the day you placed your order and the estimated date of delivery. In this case, we would need to add a day to the estimated delivery date.
